We understand that everyone has their own way of eating, and food preferences. BARE Lean is highly flexible so you are in control when it comes to what you eat. The pre-filled weekly planners that we have provided in the web app portal are just examples. These are there for you if you need some inspiration, don’t know where to start, are time poor or don’t like to meal plan! However, as we are all so different in how and what we like to eat, we have also provided you with customizable planners and shopping lists, to build your own! All of the breakfast recipes in BARE Lean are comparable in energy and macronutrient composition, so regardless of which recipe you choose you can be confident that you are achieving your energy and macronutrient requirements to place you in an energy deficit (if becoming leaner is your goal). This is the same for all of the main meals and snacks. If you are not one to meal plan, by choosing 1 breakfast, 2 main meals and 1 or 2 snacks (depending on your guide) from ANY of the recipes. Again, you can be confident that your energy and macronutrient intake will be supportive of an energy deficit and your goal of becoming leaner.
