The BARE Lean guide has been designed to incorporate a moderate level of activity, about 30 minutes of exercise 5 days per week. This should be a combination of strength, cardio and flexibility training. There are plenty of exercise options out there so I encourage to find one that suits you and your body, and most importantly something that you enjoy. If you are unable to undertake this level of exercise, for whatever reason, we recommend you do what is achievable for you and, as required, consult with a healthcare professional to guide you with this.
It is important that you fit the BARE Lean guide to your individual lifestyle and physical limitations, as this is what makes it realistic and sustainable. Please keep in mind that if you are not achieving the recommended level of exercise this may mean your progress is slower.
