This table helps you substitute ingredients you are unable to have for ones that you can safely eat. Many recipes within the BARE guides are appropriate for different dietary allergies and intolerances, including gluten, nut and dairy. Of course there are MANY more recipes that only require 1 or 2 simple ingredient substitutions to make them appropriate for allergies and intolerances, for example swapping soy sauce for tamari to make the dish gluten free.
