The recipes in BARE Guide regular, BARE Guide vegetarian and on the website are not designed around your individual energy and macronutrient needs as the BARE Lean recipes have been.
We therefore don't recommend using recipes from BARE Guide regular, BARE Guide vegetarian or the website while following BARE Lean, as this would mean you'd need to alter these recipes to fit the BARE Lean guide.
Remember there are 120+ delicious recipes in the BARE Lean guide, so you will have plenty of new recipes to choose from! Give the BARE Lean recipes a go first and take note of the rough portion sizes and principles that they incorporate. When creating new recipes or adding different (non BARE Lean) recipes in, try to stick to these portion sizing and principles as closely as possible.
