As we lose weight our dietary requirements change. In designing the BARE Lean guide we have applied a weight loss factor that supports weight loss overtime. By doing this you may notice that you don’t need to eat the same portions as you did when you first started your journey, so just adjust these accordingly.
In BARE Lean we also recommend you constantly challenge yourself, and if you feel like you are doing well in one area, set yourself goals in other areas. It might be changing up your workouts, trying different recipes, working on your mindset etc. By shaking something up, results often continue to come.
