The BARE Lean recipes are provided in individually tailored portion sizes that meet YOUR body’s energy and macronutrient needs. This means that the portions should be enough to fill you up. We do however still encourage you to eat with awareness, so if you find that you are still physically hungry when eating from the BARE Lean guide then we recommend you add in another snack across the day or increase your recipe portion sizes slightly. Of course if you need more advice on this the support team is always there to help!
