The BARE Lean guide is different to these in that the recipes have been designed around your individual energy and macronutrient needs, making the guide specifically tailored to your needs.
We don't recommend using recipes from the regular and vegetarian BARE Guide's while following BARE Lean as this would mean you'd need to alter these recipes to fit the BARE Lean guide.
Remember there are 120+ delicious recipes in the BARE Lean guide, so you will have plenty of new recipes to choose from! Give the BARE Lean recipes a go first and take note of the rough portion sizes that they provide. When creating new recipes or adding different (non BARE Lean) recipes in, try to stick to this portion sizing as closely as possible.
