Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a vegetarian or vegan BARE Lean option. However, 14 main meals, 20 breakfasts and 16 snacks within the BARE Lean guide are vegetarian, and there are many more that only require 1 ingredient substitution to make them suit a vegetarian diet.
If you want a guide with 100% vegetarian recipes BARE Guide Vegetarian is available. However, keep in mind that this guide is a general healthy eating guide, as opposed to a guide specifically designed around the goal of becoming leaner or losing weight. BARE Guide Vegetarian contains 130 recipes with 52 of these being vegan, within this guide we have also provided a ‘vegan swap’ suggestion on every recipe (where possible).
