First and foremost, The BARE Guide uses meat products within the recipes and BARE Vegetarian does not.
BARE vegetarian is ‘lacto-ovo-vegetarian’ which means we have used eggs and dairy, however has a Vegan swap on almost every page.
When it comes to the planners and shopping lists – these are completely different (as there are new recipes).
As for the recipes, SOME have crossed over from BARE guide to BARE vegetarian but not any of the exclusive Vegetarian recipes to the meat based BARE. There are roughly 88 NEW recipes in BARE vegetarian and around 42 that have crossed over.
The Resources are similar but do have differences regarding cooking basics and macronutrient information.
If buying the bundle, please note that some recipes and resources will be the same/similar. There is still a HUGE amount of support, new recipes and community. If buying the bundle, you will receive over 200 recipes that are workable within the guides – how amazing is that!
