If you have selected the Become Leaner version of BARE Lean your BARE Lean guide recipes are automatically individually tailored to you; based on your height, weight, age and sex that you entered as part of your onboarding process.
The recipes provide your body with the ideal amount of daily energy (calories/kilojoules) to fuel it, while supporting your BARE Lean journey. These are found under the ‘bare guides’ tab in the ‘recipes and exercise’ download.
We use the Harris Benedict formula to design your guide, and base our guides off moderate activity.
