Congratulations and well done on completing 12 weeks of BARE Lean!
As you may know, BARE Lean is not a stand-alone 12-week program, it is designed to progress/ lose weight over time and has no time restrictions - which is what makes it such a great lifestyle based guide.
However, as we lose weight and progress, our dietary requirements may change. In designing the BARE Lean guide we have applied a weight-loss factor that supports weight loss over time, so this may be at a quicker rate initially, and could slow over time. At the end of the 12-week mark, there is an opportunity for you to update your portions (please note, depending on progress made, your guide may or may not change).
Head into your 'settings' on a desktop and click 'update BARE Lean', please note this will only be available for those who have consecutively checked in for 6 fortnights. Once this is done, you will then be sent through the onboarding process again to allow our backend to formulate a new guide based on your requirements. After this, your journey dashboard will start from scratch and you're good to go!
As well as changing your portions, after the 12-week mark, it's a great time to re-evaluate your goals so that you can constantly challenge yourself, and if you feel like you are doing well in one area, set yourself goals in other areas. It might be changing up your workouts, trying different recipes, working on your mindset etc. By shaking something up, results often continue to come. Remember we are always here if you need a bit of extra support!
This is also a time where you can start to be creative with your food, bringing in different recipes and using the BARE Lean portions as a base to build off of. This will help you get into the swing of becoming more confident in the kitchen, being more mindful around your intake and being the healthiest version of you!
